The maps below were shared throughout the process to help the community understand the various issues that needed to be addressed through a boundary change.

Options presented at the “What We Heard” Meetings (Oct. 25&26)

These are not finalized maps. They are based on community input and staff analysis. The community will have an opportunity to provide input a third set of maps prior to the Superintendent’s recommendation to the School Board on November 14. Illustrative Maps (presented at the Oct. 2&4  “Getting Started” Meetings)

Drafts of these illustrative maps were shared at the Sept 12 School Board Work Session on Middle School Boundary Changes. Since then, they have been updated to include projected capacity utilization and demographic information including: % of students economically disadvantaged, with disabilities, English learners, race and ethnicity.  These are NOT finalized maps. They were developed to show how applying only one of the six boundary considerations could impact all middle schools.
