Proposal Submission Process

The proposal submission process for the Festival of the Minds Professional Learning Conference is now open.  You can submit submissions through May 3, 2019.  Use this link to submit a proposal.  If you have any questions, please contact the curriculum office related to the content of your proposal or the Professional Learning Office via the Staff Contact Information link in the menu at the left.

After selection, all sessions are subject to cancellation based on enrollment. In accordance with Virginia Licensure Renewal Manual, presenters earn 15 recertification points.  Eligible APS employees that present at the conference will be paid at the staff development presentation hourly rate plus planning time as described below.
