The Project consists of waterproofing of existing below grade foundation walls and through wall flashing of above grade brick exterior walls at the Thomas Jefferson Middle School. The Project includes new foundation drains and waterproofing, civil and landscape site improvements and re-grading, new storm water downspouts, as well as associated mechanical and plumbing elements. The Project is comprised of exterior and interior construction. Temporary bracing and temporary pedestrian protection are required, including but not limited to bridges at entrances within the scope of work to maintain ingress and egress during trenching at the exterior.
