Arlington School Board Approves Proposed FY 2021 Budget

The School Board approved its Proposed Fiscal Year 2021 Arlington Public Schools (APS) Budget to fund operations for the 2020-21 school year. The School Board approved the Interim Superintendent’s Revised Proposed FY 2021 Budget, option 3, totaling $671.1, with several changes on Thursday.

AP and IB Exam Update

For the 2019-20 school year, the Arlington Public Schools requirement for students to take the International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement exam to earn the additional quality point for AP courses in the grade point average will be waived.
