As we prepare for another safe and successful school year, The Arlington County Police Department is reminding motorists to slow down, avoid distractions and watch for students walking and biking to school. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety of all travelers, officers will be conducting high visibility traffic enforcement in and around school zones throughout Arlington County starting on the first day of classes, Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

Arlington Public Schools to Participate Summer Meals Program
Arlington Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to students ages 18 and under on a first come, first serve basis, from July 5-Aug. 1 at Carlin Springs Elementary School (5995 5th Road S.).
