APS Announces All-District Orchestra and Band Results

The following students were selected for the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors’ Association (VBODA) District 12 Honors Orchestras and Honors Bands. The orchestra students recently represented their schools during the All-District Orchestra Event, which was held at Langley High School Jan. 13-14 and the All-District Band event will take place from Feb. 2-February 4, 2023, at Oakton High School. Congratulations to these students!

Junior Honors Orchestra

Arlington Public Schools to Participate Summer Meals Program

Arlington Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to students ages 18 and under on a first come, first serve basis, from July 5-Aug. 1 at Carlin Springs Elementary School (5995 5th Road S.).
