School Board Appoints Executive Director of Transportation & Fleet Management

The School Board appointed Andrew Spencer as the Executive Director of Transportation & Fleet Management in the Department of Facilities & Operations. Spencer is currently the Supervisor of Transportation for Petersburg City Public Schools in Petersburg, Virginia.
