Join us as we celebrate Black History Month. This year, we’re highlighting one of Arlington’s oldest neighborhoods, Halls Hill, with a four-part video series. We also recognize our amazing school counselors this week, and our School Board Members and Clerk.

Arlington Community Events:
On Feb. 3, Arlington County, in partnership with Curative, opened another COVID-19 testing kiosk at Sequoia Plaza (2100 S. Washington Blvd, behind the Stambaugh Human Services Bldg.) Appointments are encouraged and can be made at

Arlington County offers free COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 5–11 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. COVID-19 Information Line 703-228-7999.

Sat. Feb. 26       Mason Jazz Festival, an invitational event open to middle school, high school, collegiate and community Jazz ensembles. Performances are free and open to the public. Masks required indoors.
