Development of the 2018-24 Strategic Plan

At its June 7 meeting, the School Board adopted the Mission, Vision, Core Values and Goals of the 2018-24 APS Strategic Plan that serves as a framework for the School Board and Advisory Committees, school and department plans, and individual work plans.  Performance objectives that will measure APS progress on the goals were adopted on Oct. 4.

Review the

• charge to the Strategic Plan Steering Committee (Committee),
• agendas and notes that document the Committee’s work,
• resources that the Committee reviewed,
• community input that was used to shape the plan at four different stages.
