Proposed FY 2019 APS Budget

April 3 – Budget Work Session #5 will be held at 7 p.m. in Room 101A of the Education Center (1426 N. Quincy St.)
April 5 – The School Board’s Proposed FY 2019 Budget will be available
April 6— A Joint School Board/County Board Work Session on School Board’s Proposed FY 2019 Budget will be held at 9 a.m. in Room 307 of the County Board offices (2100 Clarendon Blvd.) For more information, visit aps2016.apsva.us/budget-finance/. 

 2018-24 APS Strategic Plan
On April 2, a full draft of the 2018-24 Strategic Plan will be posted at aps2016.apsva.us/engage with an online questionnaire so community members can share their thoughts on the draft. A Steering Committee comprised of parents, staff, students and other community members has been working since Fall 2017 to develop this plan that will chart a six-year course for APS students, staff and the school division as a whole. As the committee has drafted mission and vision statements, core values, and goals and strategies, these drafts have been produced for review and input from the larger community to help refine and finalize these sections of the plan.
