Relocation Loan
Arlington Public Schools offers a ZERO interest teacher relocation loan for up to $2,500. Loan payments are deducted from the employee’s paychecks bimonthly until the loan is paid off by the end of the school year.
Commuter Benefits Program
Arlington Public Schools offers a commuter benefits program for employees to promote and encourage the use of public transit, walking, biking, carpooling, vanpooling, and other commuter options that reduce air pollution, lessen traffic congestion, and improve safety around our schools. Employees who choose not to drive alone to work are eligible to receive a monthly stipend for taking transit, walking, biking, or carpooling with other APs employees at least 3 days per week.
