Whole Child Video Highlights Social and Emotional Supports for Students

In this week’s episode, we highlight the third tenet of the Whole Child Framework: The social and emotional health and well-being of students, which enhances students’ capacity to integrate skills, attitudes, and behaviors to deal effectively with daily challenges. Social and emotional health and well-being is central to the educational process and is most effective when it is a part of the daily classroom life where teachers use everyday instruction to foster positive working relationships, increase student engagement, and model constructive behaviors.
