Thank you for your support of our schools as APS announced yesterday that masks are now optional. Here are some additional reminders about masks and health and safety, along with updates on the budget, March observances and staff recognitions.

Changes to Mask Guidance Effective March 1

February 28, 2022

APS will continue following the CDC’s guidance for operating safely to allow everyone—students, families, staff and visitors—to decide whether they will wear a mask at school and on the school bus. This change takes effect March 1, and there is no opt-out form required.
