The survey is designed to encourage comparison. Where applicable, the survey

Asks similar questions across the stakeholder groups of parents, community members, staff, and students.
Includes items from the Phi Delta Kappa (PDK)/Gallup Poll of the Public’s Attitudes Towards Public Schools, through earlier PDK/Gallup polls.
Repeats questions from past Community Satisfaction Surveys to monitor changes over time.
