This form is for APS Teachers and Staff ONLY to request interpretation services for 2022-2023 Spring Parent Teacher Conferences.
This request form will be available until 4:00pm, Friday, Feb 24. 2023.

We have very limited number of interpreters available who work in-person and virtually, therefore not all requests will be filled, and requests are processed first come ,first serve basis.
