The Drew Model Visioning Process has been completed.
The graded program of the school will focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) beginning in the fall of 2017.
STEAM includes the strengthening of literacy, inquiry, problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity through a focus on science, math, and technology interpreted through engineering and the arts. Students will be engaged in problem-based learning, arts integration, authentic assessment, and opportunities to partner with artists and scientists. STEAM will continue to be the focus of Drew as it transitions to a neighborhood school.
