There are college and career resources available for students who have unique situations. Students who have an IEP or a 504 Plan should be aware of opportunities that exist that help the transition from high school to college and career to be seamless. In addition, military families sometimes have unique circumstances and the students of these families can take advantage of opportunities created specifically for them. Some students who are undocumented also have opportunities to continue their education through special programs. This site offers some information regarding these unique populations.
