As part of the development of the APS Go! Master Plan, Toole Design Group conducted research on the state of the practice related to TDM programs at the school division level. Work for this task included a literature review of existing research on TDM strategies for schools, a review of existing TDM programs (both school- and non-school programs), and the development of a matrix of possible TDM strategies for consideration by APS.
