Virtual Virginia

• Enrollment will take place March 1 – June 2, 2023
• Course begins on June 20 – July 28, 2023
• Course Fee is $375 per student, per course
• Course Time Commitment:Typically 3-5 hours per day per course
• Drop Date without penalty/with refund: June 23,2023
• Summer Synchronous Instruction Schedule

Edgenuity:

• Enrollment will take place March 1 – June 2,2023
• Course begins on June 20 – August 15, 2023
• Course Fee is $195 per student, per course
• Course Time Commitment: Typically 3-5 hours per day, per course
• Drop Date without penalty/with refund: July 20,2023. Parents may request a refund by emailing secondary.education@apsva.us
• Courses will be completed in an asynchronous format however, students have unlimited synchronous support.

Please note:

• You must enroll in the desired courses through your student’s APS counselor
• Rising 9th-12th grade students may take up to 2 New Work for credit online classes
• Credit will only be given for courses where APS enrolled the student
• No High School New Work for credit is available for rising 7th and 8th graders with the exception of level I or II of a world language
• Courses dropped after Drop Date will result in a “W” (withdraw) on students transcript
