Request Your Deed

APS has teamed up with the Arlington County Circuit Court Clerk’s Land Records Division with a streamlined way to request a copy of your deed via email.

To request a copy of your deed, please complete the following steps:

• Send an email to Landrec@arlingtonva.us
• Place “Deed Request for School Registration” in the subject line
• In the body, include:
  • Your request for a copy of your deed
  • One owner’s name
  • The street address, including any unit number

The Land Records Division will email you a copy of your deed and here is no charge for this service.
