Green Scene Highlight’s Yorktown’s Composting Program

The Yorktown Environmental Club created a composting program at the school to help the environment as an extension of the school’s current recycling program. Volunteers from the National Honors Society helped students learn how to sort the compostable materials so students at the school could teach others about composting.
