Building Coordinators

Building Coordinators are school-based educators, selected by principals, to support Y.E.S. mentors though out the school year and monitor program progress to ensure all aspects of the Project Y.E.S. criteria are implemented.  Building coordinators also play an important role in planning Y.E.S. events and activities, including community service projects.

Mentors

Mentors are school-based educators, selected by principals, with the following characteristics in mind:

  • They are engaging and positive.
  • They are available to sustain a personal commitment to Y.E.S.
    students and the program requirements.
  • They will take initiative as the student’s advocate.
