- Oversees correspondence addressed to School Board, acknowledges messages and prepares draft responses
- Coordinates with APS staff to provide Board with Fact Sheets or other documents
- Creates power points and remarks for Board presentations as needed/requested

- Provides support for meetings including room reservation and setup
- Primarily responsible for arrangements of special events and receptions
- Facilitates scheduling Board member liaison school visits
