Credit by Exam for Students in 9-12th Grade, Fall 2022

Registration for Credit-by-Exam is now CLOSED for the 2022-23 School Year.  Registration for next year’s Credit-By-Exam will open late August 2023.

This year, Credit-By-Exam will be offered to students in grades 9-12. Registration for Credit-By-Exam is now CLOSED.  The exam will be administered on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022, and lasts approximately 3 hours. 

Students in grades 9-12 who have proficiency in another language have the opportunity to take a proficiency exam and potentially earn up to four world language credits in nearly 100 languages.  It is important to note that credits cannot be duplicated on a transcript, nor can a proficiency test replace a previously earned grade taken in high school.  Please see the FAQ section for more information.

For 2022-23 some languages may require a different test and students will be contacted directly with time and date.
