Bus Routes and Stops

 For security reasons, bus routes are only available through ParentVue or through parent requests to their child’s school. Please call your school for information about specific routes.

 

NOT APPLICABLE Request a Stop or Route Change

If necessary, APS families may request a change to a stop or route to accommodate childcare, after school activities or other special needs. All requests for morning or evening changes must be for five days per week. We can accommodate a request if there is space available on an existing bus route. We cannot create a new bus stop on any route; therefore, if space is available, your child will be assigned to an existing stop on a bus route that is closest to your destination. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Problems?

If you experience a problem with your child’s bus (i.e.,the bus was late or did not show up) call the Transportation Department at (703) 228-6640 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
