As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this schedule is subject to change with advance notice provided on the APS website. The information provided below was updated on August 28, 2020. September School Board Meetings
Upcoming School Board Meetings will be held virtually, and all agenda items will be presented and discussed by video. School Board meetings start at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted. School Board meetings can be viewed live online or on Comcast Channel 70 or Verizon Channel 41. Agendas and additional information are available in BoardDocs.
At this time, no in-person public comment will be allowed at regular Board meetings, however limited Public Comment will be allowed using a call-in service. Please go to the Sign Up to Speak at a School Board Meeting page for directions.

School Board Open Office Hours
The School Board welcomes and encourages parents and community members to share their views. In-person Open Office Hours have been suspended. Board members will hold virtual Open Office Hours. Each Board member may choose to manage their Open Office Hours differently. Any changes will be communicated through the normal APS channels as plans are finalized.

School Board Advisory Councils and Committees
The School Board seeks the advice of community members through a wide range of advisory committees and councils. These advisory committees and councils are appointed by the School Board, advise the School Board and, when appropriate, make recommendations on issues or policies related to the successful operation of the school system.
