FACE – Third Parent Leadership Facilitation Workshop Takes Place

September 28, 2016     Welcome back and best wishes for a wonderful, successful school year! FACE – Family and Community Engagement kicked off the year with a THIRD Parent Leadership Facilitation Workshop (PLF), on August 25-27, 2016.plf-aug-2016-2

 

Twenty-two parents participated in PLF Training that is

designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the skills needed to plan and lead successful meetings that produce results. This learning opportunity is offered for parent organizers and parent leaders in Arlington Public Schools.  They will gain new knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to design and facilitate meetings that can help move forward efforts to improve outcomes for children and families in their communities. plf-aug-2016-1 plf-aug-2016-3
