Extended Day Seeks Input from Families

The Extended Day Program is seeking family input as we prepare to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new child care office system.  Please join us on Tue, July 10 and/or Wed, July 18 at 7 p.m. in rooms 354/356 of the Syphax Education Center (2110 Washington Blvd.) to share your ideas and suggestions about what the system should include to make it more efficient and user friendly. The new system will encompass a variety of functions, for both administrative and family use, including:

  • an interactive parent portal
  • online registration
  • access to family accounts
  • financial management
  • a database for family and staff information.

We will also be soliciting ideas regarding our registration procedures, including a ‘Plan B’, if a new system is not functional by spring 2019. If you are unable to attend but wish to provide input, please use this link to share your ideas: https://goo.gl/forms/ULrqTX5Vofyydd292.
