Community Engagement Opportunities – Feb/Mar

APS is excited about the updated return-to-school timeline for families that have selected the hybrid/in-person instruction model, encouraged by recent improvements in the health metrics, with case positivity rates and other indicators currently decreasing in Arlington and neighboring communities.More students will begin hybrid/in-person instruction from March 2 and all grade levels by the week of March 16. Superintendent Dr. Duránwill provide more details at the Feb. 18 School Board virtual meeting – details below.

Arlington Public Schools to Participate Summer Meals Program

Arlington Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to students ages 18 and under on a first come, first serve basis, from July 5-Aug. 1 at Carlin Springs Elementary School (5995 5th Road S.).
