Student Services Newsletter January 2022

The SEL theme for January is Self-Management. This month’s newsletter highlights ways for parents to support self-management skill development, as well as several book recommendations for young readers. January is also National Mental Wellness Month. Read for ways to encourage resilience in children, a key factor in mental wellness, and tips for adults to improve mental wellness.
