Launch the Safari app. Then go to the Williamsburg homepage. Then tap on the link for “MyAccess@APS – Staff and Students”.
Log in with your student ID number as your username and APS password.
Tap on the “Go” button.
Scroll down until you get to Office 365.
Tap once on the Office 365 icon and then tap on the “Launch” button.
It will launch a new tab with this pop up window. Tap on “Yes”.
Tap on the “X” at the top right corner of the pop up window.
Tap on the OneDrive icon.
If this is the first time launching it, tap on the link that says “Your OneDrive is ready ->”.
Now you can see your OneDrive files or you tap on the “+New” button at the top to add files into OneDrive.
If you tap on the “+New” button….
You can add a new OneDrive folder or create a Word document, etc.
Please note that you can edit a PowerPoint, Word, or Excel file right in Safari. The tools for the different Office products will appear in the Safari app.
If you create a new Word document, you can edit the document right in the Safari app.
To change the title of the file, tap once at the blue bar where it says “Document 1” and then type in a new title in the pop up window.
