If you intend to broadcast or otherwise distribute your videos, you must obtain written permission through a Release Form for anyone, especially students, appearing in your videos. For children under the age of 18, release forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Arlington Public Schools will not broadcast any programs without prior written permission from all on-camera participants. Also, if you plan to use any copyrighted material such as music or video clips, you may need to contact the copyright holder and obtain written permission to broadcast their materials.
