By Nov. 8 Complete the 2023-24 School Year Calendar Survey. There are three calendar options available for review and all have a school start date prior to Labor Day. The School Board will take action on the 2023-24 School Year Calendar at the Dec. 15 School Board Meeting. Information on the 2022 School Bond Referendum
On Election Day, Nov. 8, Arlington voters will vote on $165.01 million in school bonds to improve and upgrade existing school infrastructure. The school bonds ensure APS school facilities are maintained and updated to meet the changing needs of students, support high-quality education, and invests in APS facilities because they serve a dual role as community assets. The School Board values input from parents and members of the community as part of the APS decision-making process on operations, teaching and learning, and student support.
