Required Documentation For Substitute Teacher Positions

1. Copy of Official/Unofficial College Transcripts (minimum 30 credits) *If an individual has obtained a diploma and/or college/university degree outside of the USA, an evaluation must be completed by one of the agencies listed at: Documentation of College/University Coursework and Degrees Earned from Institutions of Higher Learning Outside of the United States

2. Two professional reference letters *Letters should be written within the last 12 months

3. The most current copy of your resume
