Challenging Racism Conversations

Challenging RacismThis Winter/Spring, Claremont Immersion and Jamestown Elementary Schools are hosting Challenging Racism: Learning How through Stories and Conversations—an 11-session program that uses self-reflection, relationships, and skill building to engage in honest and real conversations about race for APS parents and community members.

This program, which begins January 9, 2019, is sponsored by APS and free to participants. Click to download the flyer in English or Español.

Arlington Public Schools to Participate Summer Meals Program

Arlington Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to students ages 18 and under on a first come, first serve basis, from July 5-Aug. 1 at Carlin Springs Elementary School (5995 5th Road S.).
